out is just half of the fitness equation. At MusclesForMe,
we create custom eating guidelines for each of our clients.
After your first workout, you will receive a MusclesForMe
Daily Food Log. You simply use it to write down what foods
you eat at what time of the day.
We
work with you and your preferences to coach you toward improved
eating habits, mindful nutrition, and adequate pre- and post-workout
meals.
Upon
request, we offer the Standard Process Purification
Program. This program is not a diet; it is a program
that helps you live a healthier life by purifying, nourishing,
and maintaining a healthy body and weight. This purification
program emphasizes supplements and whole foods, particularly
fruits and vegetables, while limiting high-calorie, refined
foods and saturated fats. Nourishing yourself with nutrient-rich
