Come join us for one hour each Saturday morning at 8 am for
a fun fitness class in the park! Our group classes are fun
and focused on interval/circuit training for a variety of
fitness levels. This is NOT a macho bootcamp. It's a chance
to get your exercise in early , meet new friends and diversify
(or start) your fitness routine.

fitness levels welcomed, so bring a friend and try it out.

Meeting
Place: Meet at the northeast side of Wilson Park,
near the tennis courts/basketball courts.
Parking:
Suggest parking on the northeast end of the park (beside
the dog training area).
What
to bring: at least a 1/4 in mat, water, and hand
towel.
